Xibrom Eye Drops

by Ben Lafter

Xibrom eye drops are eye drops that contain no steroids and are anti-inflammatory.  It works to block the creating of prostaglandin.  This is what causes eye redness, irritation, and your eyes to swell.

Xibrom was created specifically for those who have had a recent surgery to remove cataracts.

It is important you listen to how your doctor prescribes you take Xibrom eye drops.  It is also important to tell your doctor if you have any allergies or if you have any of these conditions:

asthma
previous eye surgery
diabetes
arthritis
dry eyes

Xibrom is known to have side effects that may cause your vision to blur.  It is recommended that you do not drive while taking Xibrom eye drops.

If you have trouble breathing or break out into hives you should seek immediate medical attention and stop the use of Xibrom.

Do not take Xibrom if you are pregnant or are breast feeding your baby as it may have harmful side effects.

There are also drug interactions that should be avoided while taking eye drops by Xibrom such as: prednisone, dexamethasone, and other steroids.  Remember to disclose all information about other medications you may take so that there are no potential harmful drug interactions.
